Refunds + Exchange Policy

Our priority is to make sure our customers have a positive online shopping experience. We check and hand pack all our products before they are shipped to customers. However, if you have any issues or concerns with your products, we ask that you please get in contact with us directly. We will do everything we can to make sure that you are completely satisfied with your purchase. The best way to get in touch with us about a product concern is: customercare@thelittlebohoco.com.au

Replacement + Refunds Clothing, Shoes + Accessories

Please choose carefully as we do not offer refunds if you simply change your mind. However, we can offer you an exchange. (Please see ‘Exchanges’ below) 

If you believe the item you have received is faulty, please contact us via email customercare@thelittlebohoco.com.au within 48 hours. The product will then need to be returned within 14 days to be eligible for a refund.

A full refund plus postage costs will be issued if the item is deemed to have a manufacturer fault. We cannot issue a refund if the product was damaged by the customer through misuse.

A refund will be issued via the same method the customer had originally paid.

Exchanges Clothing, Shoes + Accessories

We want our customers to be 100% satisfied with their purchase so we are happy to provide an exchange if a product does not meet your expectations. Please see the conditions below:

  1. The product must be returned within 14days.
  1. The customer will be liable for all return postage costs.
  1. If the exchanged item(s) is more expensive the customer will need to pay the difference.
  1. The products must not have been used or washed and must be returned with the tags and original packaging.
  1. The products must be undamaged. We can not offer an exchange on goods that have been damaged by the customer through misuse
  1. Due to hygiene regulations we cannot exchange hairbrushes - unless they are deemed to have a manufacturer fault.
  1. Sorry, we can not exchange or refund sale items.

Please fill out your ‘returns/Exchanges form on the back of your tax invoice and include this with your returned goods. There is also a form on our website.
